Questions, corrections, and anything that looks wrong.

Write to support@gleam-team.com. A parish listing that is out of date, a reading that does not match your parish, a translation that came out badly: all of it is welcome, and corrections to the directory are especially so.

A few answers

The homily translator shows nothing. Check that the microphone is allowed for Orthodox Pro under Settings on your phone, and that the language set under Settings in the app is the one the priest is preaching in, not the language of the service. The first use of a language downloads it, which needs a signal once.

My parish is missing or wrong. The directory holds every parish listed by the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops. Send the parish name, city, and what is wrong, and it will be fixed in the next release. Every parish page also has a link to report a correction.

The readings do not match what was read at my parish. The app follows Slavic usage for the daily cycle. Greek and Antiochian parishes differ on some days, and any parish may read the readings of a local feast instead. Switch the calendar under Settings if your parish keeps the Old Calendar.

Deleting your account. Anything you posted can be deleted from inside the app. To remove your profile and everything tied to it, email the address above from the phone the account is on, and it will be done.

Reporting a post or a person. Every post and reply has a menu with Report and Block. Reports go to a moderator. Blocking hides that person from you and is undone under Settings.
